Stunning purple florets – similar to Fioretto 70 but with vibrant purple color. Excellent for light cooking or served raw for dip platters. Will initially make a large, somewhat flat purple head, then stems elongate and become harvestable from 3–4 inches for bagging or up to 8 inches for bunching. Holds well in the field for extended harvest at varying stem lengths. Performs well in warm weather. 2025 AAS Winner. Murasaki means "purple" in Japanese.
